Returns

We hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. However, if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be sent back within this timeframe to be eligible.

Eligibility

To be accepted, items must be:

• Unworn, unused and in original condition.
• With all original tags attached.
• Returned with hygiene strips fully intact (for swimwear items).

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items where the hygiene seal has been removed or if items show any signs of wear.

How to return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@parmirage.com with your order number. Once approved, you'll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
